IT’S NOT THAT I DON’T WANT YOU IN BON JOUR MATCHMAKING SERVICE

When someone calls for their FREE phone consultation I not only ask specific questions but also perceive a general or specific frame of mind, set of expectations and flexibility.

My goal is not to brag to the media about how much money Bon Jour makes.  Remember, to make a lot of money you don’t need lots of clients, you need to charge  outrageous fees.

My goal is not about money, which has been proven over and over and over again, by the number of singles who call me that I decline to work with.  My goal is and has always been for 33 years to brag about how many marriages I’ve facilitated.

Your goal is my goal.  If, in that first conversation or consequent chats, I hear certain things that I know guarantee you to fail (in Bon Jour) or unrealistic expectations, a very narrow criteria without room for expansion or I merely feel that we are not the best fit to achieve your goal…I will politely decline to work together.  It’s a win/win for you as if we do you may meet your mate and if we don’t you haven’t spent the money.

Rather than take offense to that suggestion, consider it a gift.  I did not lie to you and take your money; I did not insult you; I know each and every client and their taste, goals and flexibility so if I decline to work with you it may be because I do not think I can achieve your goal with the type of make up of my clientele at that point in time.  It’s called “Ethics”

Last month I declined to work with 6 singles who contacted me for various reasons, which are stated above.  I look out for my clients as to what types of people I work with in their future who will walk-the-talk, be realistic, show flexibility and be accountable, so that everyone has the best shot at achieving their dream.  There is no point in accepting people just to make money who do not fit the current clienteles’ criteria.
