I am often asked that question…the complete answer is…it’s not just about me. There are 2 people in a relationship. I coach, suggest, share information and listen. But ultimately, it’s up to those 2 people to make their relationship work.
There have been many instances early on when, because of a lack of communication usually, the potential relationship starts to derail. That’s when I step in and share information and coach so that every match has the best chance of progressing.
There have been many matches that would not have progressed to marriage had I not stepped in. But of course, the first step is putting the right people together. With the amount of information shared on each client’s profile, as well as their pictures, and each client making the decision themselves who appeals to them…that is the first component to a successful match.
It’s not rocket science, but after almost 35 years of professional matchmaking, that is why so many of my clients have gone on to long and happy marriages!
