Bon Jour Matchmaking’s philosophy is and always has been that we work as a team. I am a facilitator, confidant, coach and matchmaker who has interviewed every single client face-to-face. As such I have a personal relationship with each client assisting me in choosing the best potential matches for them. BUT I do not make the final decision on who they meet. Each client makes that decision based on a myriad of information and pictures. We discuss each option, but clients have the last word on who they choose to meet.
The reason Bon Jour has been so successful over 35 years is because there are really 3 of us making each decision. I decide which potential matches to share with clients. The client decides who they are most interested in. Then that client decides if the match is right for them. They say that 2 heads are better than 1. But 3 heads are even better!!!
I share feedback from each client both good and not so good, so clients have a true understanding of what is going on early in potential relationships, thus leading to successful couplings.
