When I was searching for my home there were very specific things I wanted and specifically did not want. The house had to have air conditioning and a foyer. I absolutely did not want a basement. Well, the house I fell in love with did not have air or a foyer and it did have a basement. But my home had so many other outstanding features that I traded those for my “must haves” list.
